  taxi drivers can be really friendly and helpful to drunk people. but sometimes they show signs of severe mental illnesses. they also don't seem to know the concept of a queue and just randomly pick up people which are waiting at the waiting station.

  Worst taxi service I have ever experienced even if you call they won't take your name or number so if a taxi comes someone else can just take it. We finally got in a taxi and the taxi driver made us get out (1 hour after we had called) because he could get more money from a bigger group who hadn't called and were behind us in the queue. Absolute incompetence.

  We had to wait for about 30 minutes in the taxi stand before the taxi came. When calling them, we did not get any information about when a taxi can be there for us. However the driver was friendly and professional. He was a good driver and the taxi very comfortable. He dropped us in front of our hotel in Palma center.

  it looks like they only have 1 phone at the call center, as you sometimes can wait up to 10 minutes in queue until they decide to pick up the phone.

  i don't know what kind of female dogs are sitting at the call center, but they're super unfriendly and somehow can't understand what's wrong with waiting for like an hour till the taxi arrives.
